There are 2 versions of the Windborne booking form below:
The top version is a pdf.
The second version is Scribd. If you are trying to print this version, one option on a pc is to put the cursor somewhere in the form and right click. In the list that appears, choose "this frame". A number of options will appear such as "print" and "save frame as". You can then select the one you want. Printing in this way should give the correct A4 format.
However, if all else fails and you are unable to print either format, please email joyfulvoices@yahoo.co.uk and we will send you the form as an attachment to an email.
